Jungle Safari Tour
About a 15 minute drive from Samui Ridgeway, an amazing way to see the wonders that Samui has to offer!
Chose a half or full day and jump in a jeep driven by your tour guide who will take you around the island to see such sights as Big Buddha, Grandfather and Grandmother rock, a Coconut Monkey show, stop in to the Crocodile Farm and feed the crocs, relax at Na Muang waterfalls and have a swim or opt for a trek on an elephant if you’re keen! Pick up and drop off is provided as well as a traditional Thai lunch – a great day for the kids.
Extreme cable rides
About a 15 minute drive from Samui Ridgeway, is a beautiful rainforest canopy in the mountains of the island. To enjoy this from the best viewpoint possible, you can tour it via 500 meters of cable – gliding from tree house to tree house and past waterfalls above the rainforest canopy itself. No experience is necessary and i’s completely safe for those who are not afraid of heights!
Quad Bikes
About a 10 minute drive from Samui Ridgeway explore Koh Samui‟s jungles by quad bike, travelling on an exciting journey – 1, 2 or 3 hours in length. Trek under lush coconut groves, through rivers and fruit plantations, along winding jungle tracks and to hidden waterfalls. Whether you have ridden before, or are a beginner, this fun day out suits everyone. Training is provided and guides are there on hand to assist throughout the trip.
Bungy Jump
About a 30 minute drive from Samui Ridgeway, located in Chaweng is a 50 meter jump, over a large specially designed plunge pool. For those not afraid of heights, you can choose between individual jumps, tandem jumps, and even submersion jumps where you get dunked in the pool!
Go-Karts
About a 30 minute drive from Samui Ridgeway, located in Bophut is a go-karting track for those who have a need for speed. Suitable for both beginners and more experienced riders the course is fun and fast. Samui Go-Kart provides everything from instructions to helmets; all you have to do is jump in and go.
Shooting Range
About a 15 minute drive from Samui Ridgeway, if you want to try something different that will make your heart race and adrenalin pump – Samui Shooting Range offers such an opportunity! With a number of various firearms on offer, this is your chance to take aim and shoot in a safe environment with skillful instruction. Samui Shooting Range also offers Paint Ball, BB Gun and Archery on their premises, so you are sure to have an exciting day out, whatever you decide to do.
Water sports
About a 15 minute drive from Samui Ridgeway, Koh Samui and its surrounding islands are paradise for water sport lovers, with the ingredients of sea, sun and surf making them perfect to enjoy. If you are up for getting wet, there is a wide range of environmentally friendly water sporting activities. Why not try your hand at kayaking, snorkeling, windsurfing, jet ski ing or even master a catamaran? You can enjoy these activities on Samui, in the infamous dive’s heaven Koh Tao, or any of the other islands close-by.
Kitesurfing
If you are a keen kite boarder you‟ll be pleased to know that from November to March when the waters of Samui Beach Village are more shallow and sandy, Kite boarders can be seen skirting along the water. Koh Samui Kite Centre uses the latest Air rush equipment and offers a full range of kite boarding courses for all ability levels.
