All dishes are made  to order, with the best fresh local ingredients of the season.

Favorites are Choo Chee Pla (Whole Steamed or Fried Local Fish topped with creamy red curry sauce & lime leaves ), Laab Moo ( Isaan Style Spiced minced meat lightly cooked in lime juice & fish sauce, tossed with fresh mint & coriander), Som Tam (Spicy Thai style salad finely sliced fresh papaya mixed with fresh chili, lime juice, tomatoes and peanuts).

What better way to spend an evening watching the sunset sinking slowly over the glittering ocean, whilst our barman serves you our Signature cocktail, followed by our sumptuous sunset BBQ .

Our off site Master Chef Urs, from Chef in the Jungle, specializes in upscale cocktail reception, multi-course plated meals, family style menus, and buffet style events with live cooking stations of the highest standard. We are committed to bringing innovative, out of the box catering concepts for every type of event from wedding catering to private dining and corporate events.

Not far away from our villa…enjoy Nikki Beach and Beach Republic, “a must do” for Sunday Brunch. Jahn, at The Conrad, Flames beach restaurant at The Intercontinental, Rocky’s Dining Room.
